It was the best purchase i ve ever made, chose the “excellent” condition and it was worth the price, would recommend this to anybody looking for a refurbished laptop, the website is very accurate and the delivery was on time. Will buy also iphone from here in future Thanks backmarket

Initial laptop arrived faulty and without power cable so had to be returned, seller and Blackmarket were great with response time and replacement was sent out a week later. The only thing I would say is that the replacement laptop came with a changer that is not an apple certified charger, it was not an issue for me as I have a spare charger I can use however was a little annoying.

i got the condition excellent, although i wasn’t happy with the 2-3 scratches but didn’t mind so much knowing it’s refurnished other than that it works as brand new and the battery is normal it’s good. Overall i really love it thank you !

No complaints about delivery or quality of product but it took a pc expert to get connected to wifi. This included phone conversations with other experts and was something I could certainly not have managed by myself. The settings were for somewhere in California, not even the UK, so it was a time-consuming and complicated business. Now I just have to learn to use the laptop to its best capacity, and mine. Not easy for a 77 year old. Not all your customers, are whiz kids.

The laptop is great so far and despite being 'fair' is almost perfect. BUT I had a choice of English or English US (no choice of English GB) so I ordered an English one. It still came with a $ key rather than a £ key. Also I had a code for $20 off but it didn't work. I tried to raise both points by email but it was impossible to find an email address that didn't bounce back. For that I've knocked off a star.
