I bought the lowest grade of reconditioned MacBook and anticipated it looking like it had done a few rounds with Tyson Fury. Granted, it had one tiny, tiny dint on the case, but it's virtually immaculate. I am very pleased indeed.

The MacBook Air arrived very quickly and I was really please with the product - looks new. I would have liked the battery health (86%) to have been better but hey it is a refurbished product.

Comprei em condição "excelente" e está como novo. Apenas o carregador não é o original, mas é normal, pois é um aparelho recondicionado. Absolutely delighted with this purchase of MacBook Air 13.3-inch (2017) - Core i5 - 8GB. Item was described as 'very good' but taking it out of the box, it looked like new and hard to believe it was a 2017 model. I was initially very wary of buying a second hand electronic device but I will definitely check out BackMarket for any future items and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The Macbook itself works perfectly. There was a bit of a mixup with the charger included- but I have no complaints, only praise for how that was resolved by Back Market's customer care team. I'm very happy with the purchase!
