Fonctionne très bien. Téléphone vraiment comme neuf. Batterie performante.Après une semaine d'utilisation rien à redire à voir dans le temps. Reçu rapidement avec coque de protection et film protecteur sur l'écran. Reconditionné par GreenB, je recommande vivement.

This is the second phone I have purchased from Backmarket. The process was simple for each. Efficient delivery, sensible pricing. I have one slight concern with the second purchase, a Samsung S20, looks great and works well, but initial usage is showing more rapid battery draining than I would like. Would have gone for the new battery option, but there were none available. Will be keeping an eye on battery performance. Otherwise excellent service. We will see if product support is as good if the battery issue persists.

Quick Delivery and well packaged. There's a screen scratch a bit more pronounced than expected for an excellent quality phone and the battery drains slightly quicker than I'd have hoped for, but still a vast improvement on my previous phone (Samsung S10e), so all in all for the price and trade in, pretty happy with the purchase.

L'appareil est en excellent état et fonctionne parfaitement bien. Cependant il est à noter qu'il s'agit d'un appareil origine US et ça n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce de vente. Il n'est pas possible d'utiliser certaines fonctionnalités comme Samsung pay et Samsung wallet. Le reste semble fonctionner sans problème pour l'instant.

Bonjour, Très bon accompagnement de l'équipe en cas de problème. Concernant le Samsung S20 que j'ai commandé, trés bon état, fonctionne bien. Seul problème la batterie ne tien pas longtemps même avec une utilisation modéré il faut le recharger dans la journée ce qui est un soucis.
