Great company and the phone I wanted was in perfect condition, really pleased. HOWEVER, do not trade anything in if you are looking for honesty! I sent my previous phone in having been made an offer. It was in pristine condition, I looked after it extremely well. Once received, the third-party refurbisher offered me a lower amount saying there were dents and scratches. The photos provided were very clearly not the way I had packed up the phone and couldn't have been done in transit - to be frank, if it was even my phone (which I can't be sure of) the photos looked like there were scratches that had been deliberately made in one corner with a scourer or something. Go elsewhere for trade in!!

Replaced my 32GB phone of the same make and model with a 64 GB and I'm very impressed. Functionality is good, the condition is brilliant and it arrived well before the due date. I was able to replace my original phone which was largely brand new with this phone seamlessly. It doesn't come with the tool to remove the sim so make sure you have one before buying.

Fantastic service from Back Market, but sadly I feel I have chosen the wrong phone. I loved my old Galaxy S7 and find the A21s far too big and heavy for me, and also having to find the button on the side to wake it up, which seems to hide behind the case cover which is very annoying! I guess as an old bird I'm finding it hard to break old habits and hope I'll get used to it. I'm sure it's a brilliant phone, but just not for me!

très belle appareil état du téléphone comme dab aucun problème parfait, la seule chose que je peux reprocher sur le détail descriptif il est pas précisé si verre trempé ou coque fournis d autres achats fait sur Le site j ai eut droit à la protection

Estou 99% satisfeita com a minha compra apesar de os 1% serem apenas porque sendo dual sim, daria para meter dois cartões mas não esta a detectar, apenas detecta um. De todas as formas estou satisfeita porque também não é assim mto relevante, o telemóvel é para a minha filha e ela esta realmente satisfeita e isso é que interessa. Muito Obrigada.

Conforme à la description. Appareil en parfait état. Cet appareil a besoin d'un cordon 3A pour charger normalement (2h avec un chargeur 5A) or il est livré avec un 2A (une nuit ne suffit pas à le charger!). ça c'est dommage.
