If you are having second thoughts about buying from Backmarket, this is your sign. I broke the screen on my 2020 MacBook Air and was quoted 600 pounds to replace it. this was from two different retailers one being Apple. for the same price I was able to buy the MacBook pro from the same year and am yet to have an issue. Can not fault the service.

The laptop is so clean, no scratch, Very fast. Maybe, it is how Macbook battery last because It didn't last through my second presentation. That's the reason, I am returning it. But the phone and other things I bought from backmarket are fantastic. The seller sold phone to my friend, which my friend has been using for over a year now. Delivery was on time. Package is intact.

Blimey I did loads of research read all the reviews and did get put off a bit tbh it's a scary place spending hard earned on refurbed tech I was way out my comfort zone ... what did it for me was the fact that the seller was an authenticated Microsoft reseller which I felt could be trusted to rate and actually deliver on the macbook... so I bought and was a tad angsty for a few hours... the gadget turned up the very next day much earlier than forecast and its a thing of beauty ... yes there are a few marks just as advised but I think it's an honest appraisal, of good condition and it just opened and worked haha 😄 himself is well happy with it so I am calm. Love it 😀 😍

I got the 2020 13.3 - inch 16GB SSD 512 QWERTY in fair condition. I was nervous to get fair condition but I did and it is great. The keys are all good no crumbs or anything like that. Touch pad sensitivity is high, screen is great and there are barely any scratches. I made the right choice. It can be nerve-racking to make a big purchase like this but quality of what I have received has reminded me the importance of investing in your tools and productivity. Highly reccomend

Purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro which came with a password protected account. I have therefore not been able to log on to use the MacBook. I have attempted to ‘ask for help’ through the contact centre a number of times but there is no help available for my particular problem and no way to actually contact anyone. I have raised emails through the email addresses I have received emails from however no responses have come. I have also tried contacting the actual seller with no luck there either. Please can someone reply to this review with a way of how to get in contact with someone.
