Being an Apple fan having an iPad and current phone an iPhone SE (2016) I wanted to keep to Apple. Looking online I came across BackMarket and reading about the company and the reviews, I liked what I read. Decided on iPhone SE (2020) colour red. Condition was noted as “Fair”. First time I’ve purchased a refurbished phone (usually a hand down from a family member) so a bit apprehensive. Prompt delivery and very impressed by the strong packaging. On inspection the phone was perfect, both back and front, not a blemish to see, operates as expected and the slightly bigger dimension makes much easier to handle. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BackMarket and I’m absolutely delighted with my “new” phone.

I ordered a refurbished Iphone SE (2020). It was advetised as excellent condition and it was. It arrived quickly after ordering and was well packaged. It works beautifully and looks really great. It was bought for my wife and she is delighted. I shall certainly look to Back Market first when next I need a phone or Ipad.

My iPhone SE (2020) is absolutely immaculate, as new, and was delivered to me in double quick time. I am absolutely delighted with it. I have never had a smart phone before, having been a dedicated iPod user, but decided that to keep up to date I needed to switch to an iPhone although I didn't want to spend a fortune. Backmarket has been a revelation, by choosing refurbished I could get a fully functioning iPhone for much lower cost and be kinder to the planet at the same time - what's not to like?

I picked fair but the product is spot on, like new. Has a new battery ( non Apple but who cares) which means it lasts 2 days or more in between charges. Amazing for a second hand phone. Already bought another for my father in law, will never go anywhere also for refurbished iPhones again.

This is my first time with Back Market and I am truly impressed, by the prices, quality, delivery, refurbishment of the product, an iPhone SE 20, and customer care. I don't love the SE20 yet as much as my ancient 5C, but that has nothing to do with Back Market, but simply my experience every time I upgrade any of my Apple technology. I shall enjoy getting used to it and I'm going back to Back Market for a refurbished laptop – the best recommendation I can give.

Pour ma 2ème expérience en reconditionne je dois dire que celle ci c’est très bien passée ( la première auprès d’un grand site français c’était très mal déroulée). Le téléphone est comme neuf avec une batterie à 100% , le chargeur , le câble ( d’origine Apple ) et une protection d’écran ! Franchement manque que la boîte d’origine et on serait en face d’un téléphone neuf ! Je recommande le revendeur (Wahana) et backmarket pour le sérieux. J’ai commandé un autre téléphone, on verra bien 😉
