Was recommended by a friend I was using an android phone and was not happy I did not want to pay the full price for an apple phone ,but when I went to your site and the choices you have on offer was mind blowing, l decided to get an iPhone 13 Pro Max 512 gig in pristine condition I am what’s know as some one who can spot imperfections , when the phone was delivered I was over the moon with the condition it was perfect , there was not a mark on it and it was back to factory settings and I payed half the price I would have payed for a new iPhone , Ive have it now for a few weeks and I can’t thank Back Market enough ,the phone has turned out muck better than I could ever imagined ,I have shown it to a few of my friends and they were impressed by the price and the phone itself and one has told me his mum keeps breaking her iPad so guess where he’s going to get a reconditioned iPad ,they say you get what you pay for and in that respect I could not have bought better thanks Back Market hope to deal with you again in the future a very happy customer thanks xx

I have received my I phone 13 pro max 128GB today. I am very impressed with the service at Back Market my iPhone 13 Pro Max arrived in excellent condition! No scratches on the screen, camera lenses or the back. Battery percentage was 90%. Express delivery came very fast and phone is absolutely amazing you can’t even tell it’s refurbished it’s like new . I am really pleased with the product and the service. 100% recommend. I will be definitely come back. Thank you Back Market.

Es la primera vez que compro un móvil reacondicionado y la primera vez que tengo un iphone, ya que siempre he tenido móviles android. Estuve varios días comparando precios de iphone en varias páginas web, leyendo los comentarios, algunos positivos, otros no tanto (tienes que estar muy seguro porque es mucha cantidad de dinero la que te puedes dejar). Después las comparativas, opté por reacondicionados de back market, básicamente porque el precio es bastante bueno. Compré este iphone 13 pro max en un estado excelente y estoy más que satisfecho. Por un lado, la entrega ha sido rapidísima, pues se hizo dos días antes de lo previsto, y por otro lado tenía miedo por la batería; quería cambiarla nada más me llegase. Pero para nada! Estaba al 95% de vida. Y por último, parece totalmente nuevo, hay dos arañazos diminutos en los laterales pero no importa para nada. La mejor compra que he hecho desde hace mucho tiempo.

3eme achats sur backmarket (1 iPhone8, iphone x, iPhone 13 Pro Max) et toujours aussi satisfait depuis toutes ces années ! Je n’achète plus qu’en reconditionné ici. L’envoi est rapide à chaque fois en moins de 4 jours pour mon cas. Niveau produit : aucuns soucis a déclarer je suis ravie il est comme neuf. la reprise de mon iphone x très satisfaisante avec l'offre proposé validé.

Ha sido la primera vez que compraba un móvil de reacondicionado y yo era de los que no se fiaba para nada, porque prefería gastar siempre más y que el móvil estuviera nuevo, un amigo me habló de esta plataforma y no me terminaba de fiar hasta que decidí dar el paso. Desde luego ha sido un acierto de verdad, he pillado el IPhone 13 Pro Max de 128 gb en calidad excelente y vaya, el teléfono está nuevo simple. Funciona todo de maravilla, ningún mensaje de pieza no original o algo así, etc “por ahora” y espero que siga así, de todas formas tienes 30 días para devolver y 24 meses por si algo fallara, muy top esto. El único “problema” que he notado ha sido la batería al principio me tardaba 3 horas del 20% al 100% con el cable que te dan, decidí comprar un cable y otro cargador de una misma marca que fuese específico de carga rápida y creo que ya ha mejorado bastante. Pero lo que sí sería una recomendación para Back Market es que si compras en calidad excelente deberían asegurar que la batería también fuese excelente por así decirlo, es decir, el mío vino con un 87% y se nota que dura menos, en mi opinión si compras en calidad excelente debería venir mínimo 90% por ejemplo y no que fuese ...
