Extremely disappointed with this experience. I was sent an iPhone 15 with a broken power button - a clear failure in their quality control.
I then had to spend days fighting with DHL to get the return processed because of shipping errors. After all that effort to return their defective product, the seller simply issued a refund because they couldn't repair it nor replace it. Since prices had gone up, the refund didn't even cover the cost of a replacement.
In the end, I've spent hours on customer support and ended up losing money because of their mistake. While the support team was polite, the actual service from the seller was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend buying from this specific seller.
