Good basic little phone, not exactly fast, but works fine for basic calls and text. Battery lasts a few days, bought for my elderly mother - does exactly what I wanted.

Easy website. Phone arrived promptly in very good condition, very well package. Easy to set up and working well so far.

Good price and exactly as described. Purchased as a back up and functions as expected. Great way to purchase tech. Good for my pocket and the planet! Will always consider Back Market. Many thanks

No es el producto que pedí, pero dado que mi móvil tuvo una avería que no se puede arreglar me quedé con el que me mandaron y no me molesté en reclamar porque no tengo otro móvil. La fiabilidad, por lo tanto, no parece ser una prioridad. Además he visto que presenta el mismo defecto que el mío (la toma de carga falla) así que tengo cuidado hasta que pueda comprar uno definitivo. Eso es todo. Ah , el cable es de un Samsung.

Il n'est pas terrible actuellement comme téléphone, trop lent, ça rame.... C'est toujours possible dans mes garanties de le changer pour un autre plus performant ? bien entendu je paye le plus.... Dites moi s'il vous plait. Merci

pas contente du back market, car je suis bloqué au niveau de confirmer le code pin ou utiliser le compte google et en utilisant mon compte google, ça me marque utiliser un compte déjà connecté avec cette appareil. et back market, me répond à côté de la plaque 😡😡😡

Had no reply to my complaint that the charger wouldn't stay inserted into the phone, too loose so NO charge. Initially I was really pleased to get my 'new' phone the very next day I placed the order however, after a few days use it needed charging and I then found difficulties with the connection, ie the pin into the phone socket was loose and therefore there was little or no connection unless I held it in position. Not ideal. This means I have no confidence in keeping the phone if I cannoy reliable charge it. Tried to contact Back Market but there server is down. NOT a happy customer.

Un téléphone vraiment bas de gamme pour le prix et le site, j'y retrouvais bien mieux mon compte avant...
